By accessing or using the Relay Enterprises platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including shop owners, staff, and end customers who interact with the platform via SMS.

Relay Enterprises provides a communication and intake platform for independent auto repair shops. The Service includes automated SMS communications, smart vehicle intake conversations, a web-based dashboard for managing service requests, and media collection capabilities.

By providing your phone number to a participating shop or by initiating contact via SMS, you consent to receive automated text messages from the Relay platform. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the platform.

Relay uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations and extract vehicle information. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional automotive advice, diagnosis, or repair estimates. Shop owners are responsible for verifying all information collected by the AI before providing quotes or performing work.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Service to collect data for purposes unrelated to vehicle service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information including phone numbers, vehicle information, and communication content as necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Relay Enterprises is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI responses, missed communications, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
